Family Syllabus: A health-conscious and kind family in West Los Angeles is seeking a nanny for their three boys ages 11, 3, and 2 years old. The oldest child is in school full-time and most of the care will be for the two younger boys. The middle child does a morning program, and the youngest child is home learning all he can about the world around him. They are looking for a professional and dedicated team player with a positive attitude that will enjoy 12-hour shifts, five days a week working in a fully-staffed team household.
Ideal Candidate: Their ideal candidate is kind, has a happy demeanor, is a joy to be around, and has great experience working with multiples. A commitment to privacy and confidentiality is of utmost importance. A candidate who enjoys coming up with age-appropriate activities that are educational, creative, outdoorsy, and thought-stimulating would be a great fit. The family would like an energetic, team player with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude, ready to jump in and engage their boys. Most of the care will be for the 2 youngest boys. A nanny who is looking to grow with the family, loves to engage and educate children, and would like to help with school work and tutoring as the children progress would be a great addition to their team. Please be ready to travel with a current passport & be animal-friendly as the family has a dog. The family will travel internationally and domestically and the nanny is expected to travel for up to 4 weeks at a time. A college degree is preferred but not required for this position. Nannies who speak a second language such as French or Spanish are encouraged to apply, but this is not a mandatory requirement.
Job Synopsis: Additional duties include children’s laundry, tidying up of the children’s areas, dishes, and child-related household cleanup. Please also like pets and be open to feeding the dog in the mornings. The preferred schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday from 6:30/7 am – 6:30/7 pm. The family is open to a discussion and some flexibility but they do want help five days per week. This role is paying $30-35/hour gross plus overtime for all hours worked in a day, and the family is offering 10 days of paid vacation, paid holidays, and paid sick days.

Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of full-time professional nanny experience
CPR/first aid certification
