Family Syllabus: These sweet first-time parents in Beverly Hills are excited to welcome their first child in mid-October 2026 and are seeking a warm, knowledgeable, and nurturing Newborn Care Specialist to guide them on their journey! This family values expertise, warmth, professionalism, and a calm, reassuring presence during the newborn stage. The family will be traveling back home to Spain and Switzerland for a few months starting in December. If you would like to make this journey with them to support them with their baby, they would be so appreciative. This is not a deal breaker if you cannot travel with them.
Ideal Candidate: This kind family would love to connect with a highly experienced NCS who brings sensitive expertise in newborn development, safe sleep practices, feeding support, and knowledge of green products for the home and baby. The ideal candidate is confident yet intuitive and discreet. Someone who can “read the room,” knowing when to step in with guidance and when to give the family space to bond and grow. A true baby expert who can support the parents, answer questions, and offer suggestions will be an incredible asset during these first months. If you are a professional, organized, and supportive NCS who thrives in helping new parents feel confident, this could be a wonderful fit.
Job Synopsis: Primary responsibilities will focus on all newborn-related care, ensuring the baby’s environment is safe, clean, and organized. Duties include assisting with feeding, maintaining a tidy, peaceful nursery, supporting healthy sleep and feeding routines, and providing gentle guidance during these special first months as a family. The family would also value an NCS who feels comfortable recommending and ordering organic and green baby products, sharing helpful resources, and educating them as they navigate life with their newborn. The schedule will be 24/7 care from around October 16 until December 10 or 19. If you are able to travel to Europe, this will be an additional month or two of work. The rate for this position is from $55 to $75 per hour, depending on experience. Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting an NCS who is vaccinated for Hepatitis B, Tdap, MMR, Chickenpox, plus Covid and the flu.

Qualifications:
Five years of professional newborn care experience
Recent 24/7 experience
CPR/first aid certification
Clean reliable vehicle
Excellent verifiable references
