Family Syllabus: This wonderful family in Pacific Palisades is looking for a rockstar nanny/family assistant for their three inquisitive children, two girls, and one boy! Their children are 14, 11, and 3 years old and all of these awesome kids attend school. Their oldest daughter is sweet, quirky, and loves Taylor Swift. Their son is brilliant and bright and excels at discussing any subject. He needs support with executive functioning skills. Their toddler has big ideas and needs a camp counselor-type role model who used gentle positive discipline. The parents work from inside and outside the home and they have a housekeeper and chef working in their home a few days per week. The family may be moving to Brentwood in the near future.
Ideal Candidate: This family’s ideal candidate has high-profile experience, travel experience, and has had at least 2 years of experience as a family or personal assistant. Please enjoy swimming, and organizing. A candidate who likes music, has a passion for education and brings a wonderful calm energy into this home is on their wish list. Bonus if you speak Spanish. Someone organized and proactive who can schedule home maintenance, book travel, and shop for gifts would be a dream. Please be open to using your own vehicle to run errands and transport children to activities. This job is for a true team player!
Job Synopsis: This family needs a candidate who believes no task is too little or too big. A take-charge helper! Duties for this position include helping with grocery shopping and healthy meal prep, tidying and organizing the children’s rooms, and keeping the household stocked with essentials. They would also like their nanny/family to assist with afternoon homework help and helping the older children stay organized for school! Being flexible to assist with occasional errands for the parents would be incredible, as well. The schedule for this position is generally Monday-Friday from 10 am until 6 pm with flexibility for date nights and some weekends. This role is paying $40-45/hour gross with paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and a health insurance contribution. A college degree is required for this position. Please be ready to travel with the family for multiple vacations each year.
