Family Syllabus: Our wonderful clients in Pasadena are looking for a part-time temp nanny to help care for their three daughters! They have a 7-year-old daughter and twin 3-year-old daughters! The twins attend preschool nearby Monday through Friday from 9-12. Their oldest daughter attends school Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 4:30. They have a full-time nanny who supports them from Sunday through Thursday. Mom works from inside the home, while Dad splits his time working both inside and outside the home. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to nurture their passions and share in their growth while keeping them on schedule and set up for success.
Ideal Candidate: This family is seeking a down-to-earth, proactive, and organized part-time temp nanny to care for their three children and support the smooth running of their household. The ideal candidate will bring a positive, can-do attitude to the role, and they must have experience working with multiples or twins. The family values someone who takes initiative in maintaining household organization. Collaboration with the parents is key, along with dependability, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic family schedule. Candidates with proven experience managing school logistics, household coordination, and family support will thrive in this rewarding role.
Job Synopsis: A typical day with this family will include picking up the children from school, prepping snacks, tidying, organizing, and taking the children to after-school activities or appointments. Responsibilities also include dishwashing and managing the children’s laundry. The schedule for this position is flexible. The family would love support from 4:30-8 pm and weekdays, and Fridays, 12-8 pm, with flexibility to stay later until 11 pm on occasion. If you can only work on Fridays, please apply, as this day is their priority. This role pays from $35 to $40/hour gross. A safe, reliable vehicle, an excellent driving record, and confidence navigating Los Angeles are essential. The temp opportunity will end on July 4th, 2026.
Vaccination Requirements: The family is open to candidates who are either vaccinated or unvaccinated.
