The Role: Placement Coordinator
This multi-dimensional and client-facing role is ideal for someone who’s excited to make a real difference in families’ lives. As Placement Coordinator, you’ll lead the matchmaking process between our carefully-vetted childcare professionals and exceptional families, delivering outstanding service from the first conversation through a successful hire.
You’ll work closely with candidates and clients, bringing efficiency, warmth, and professionalism to each step of the journey. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with high-net-worth families, is highly organized, and thrives in a virtual, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the hiring journey by consulting with clients, collaborating with nannies, and matching top talent with families
- Communicate with clarity and care, keeping candidates and families aligned and informed
- Guide clients through each step of the process, from the first interview to hiring and onboarding
- Manage scheduling for interviews and trial periods with efficiency and attention to detail
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team to strategize, recruit, and place with purpose
- Maintain and update candidate/client databases, follow up regularly, and ensure long-term placement success
- Call references, support onboarding, and provide ongoing client and candidate guidance when needed
Schedule + Perks:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, between 9 am and 5:30 pm PST with flexibility
- Salary: $60,000 base plus commission

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Background in high-touch client services, or working with high-net-worth families is a big plus
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- Unmatched attention to detail and organization
- High EQ. You read the Zoom and respond with poise
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage competing priorities
- Professionalism, confidence, and an attitude of gratitude
