Family Syllabus: This lively family of 4 is looking for an experienced and active rotational nanny for their two boys. They prioritize creating a loving and calm environment that emphasizes educational growth. Their 6-year-old is an inquisitive old soul who enjoys sports and learning. He loves it when you join him for basketball, baseball, or tossing a football in the yard. He memorizes baseball statistics, enjoys math, and explores children’s encyclopedias to learn all about the world around him. Their 4-year-old is an artistic soul and loves anything related to cars, trucks, and airplanes. He expresses his creativity through art and building activities. During school breaks they find themselves traveling to places like Costa Rica. Where they can dive into the outdoors, exploring, and the culture surrounding them. They have 2 elderly Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, so please be comfortable with dogs. This is a fully staffed home with a house manager and a full-time housekeeper.

This family practices positive parenting and would love a nanny who can come alongside them and work as a team. Please be ready to travel both domestically and internationally during school breaks! The nanny must be comfortable with swimming. A college degree is not required, however a bachelors degree in child education would be a huge plus!
Job Synopsis: Typical duties for this role will include preparing meals for the children, cleaning up after meals and activities, and keeping their sleeping and play areas organized and tidy. Please be ready to assist with homework and school projects. This position is a full-time ROTA position. The schedule for this position is 1-week-on and 1-week-off rotation on call 24/7 during the shift. However, typical hours for this rotation will be Monday – Friday 12 pm – 7 pm and Saturdays 9 am – 2 pm, but this is subject to change if needed. This role is paying an annual target salary of $135-$150k DOE and a medical stipend. Overnights and travel, both domestically and internationally with the family will be required. A vehicle will be provided for the nanny to use during working hours.
