Their lifestyle is dynamic, with one parent working remotely and traveling frequently, and the other pursuing a thriving medical career with a blend of remote and in-office responsibilities. As part of a fully supported household, which includes a lead ROTA nanny, housekeeper, and chef, the successful candidate’s focus will be on providing exceptional and nurturing care to the twins.
Ideal Candidate: The family is in search of a warm and experienced ROTA nanny who brings a wealth of knowledge in caring for twin infants. Their ideal candidate possesses a naturally positive, humble, and kind demeanor, complemented by excellent communication abilities. Job Synopsis: Duties related to this position will include baby-related tasks such as sanitizing bottles and keeping the baby’s sleeping area clean and tidy. They would love a nanny who can suggest and order baby-related products and educate the parents on this journey. This job is for a career ROTA nanny who understands and enjoys working in a fully staffed household, including a lead ROTA nanny. The schedule for this position is rotational for 2 weeks on and off at a time, with 24/7 shifts during the rotation. The pay for this role ranges from $150,000-$175,000 gross annually, depending upon experience. Paid sick days and a health insurance stipend will be provided. Traveling will be required, so be ready to adventure with this amazing team! The family will provide a nanny vehicle to use while on rotation, and a clean driving record is required.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is up to date on their MMR and Tdap vaccinations.

Qualifications:
Five years of nanny experience
At least one year of 24/7 recent ROTA experience
Twin or multiple baby experience
CPR/first aid certification
Excellent verifiable references
