Family Syllabus: This wonderful family, who splits time between New York City and Manhattan Beach, is looking for another rockstar ROTA Spanish-speaking nanny to join their growing family and established household team! They have a precious 2-year-old daughter, a sweet 1-year-old son, and they are welcoming their third baby in February. The parents work from home, and the household also includes a trusted housekeeper, private chefs in each residence, a household manager, and a personal assistant. While the chefs and housekeepers cover the adults and the household, the nannies are responsible for every aspect of the children’s care, including their meals, laundry, organization, and tidying up after them throughout the day. The family truly values their team and can’t wait to welcome another extraordinary caregiver into their lives. The family is considering all candidates nationwide!
Ideal Candidate: The family is seeking their very own Spanish-speaking “Mary Poppins” who is a highly educated, polished, and professional nanny who exudes both warmth and confidence. This individual should embody a balance of excellence and heart, bringing creativity, patience, and sophistication into the nursery. A true team player, the ideal candidate will have a background in child development, psychology, or early education, as the family places a strong emphasis on nurturing their children’s growth, curiosity, and confidence. A genuine passion for nutrition, health, and balanced living is also essential. This role calls for a nanny who is equally nurturing and structured, someone who can engage the children in imaginative play, set gentle but clear boundaries, support developmental milestones, and eventually assist with early learning and homework. Discretion, intuition, and strong situational awareness are key, as the ability to “read the room” and know when to step in or step back is vital.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, with a love for language development and early communication. A nanny who is fluent in French will also be considered. Experience working in fully staffed, high-profile households is preferred, along with a high level of education and knowledge in childhood psychology or early education. The right person will be polished, poised, and professional, yet warm, approachable, and fun. Flexibility and calmness under pressure, particularly during travel, are crucial, as is a creative, proactive approach to planning enriching activities. Comfort with managing all aspects of the children’s lives, from preparing nutritious meals and organizing wardrobes to maintaining systems for toys, clothes, and schedules, is a must. Job Synopsis: This is a rotational position (24/7 live-in for two weeks on / two weeks off) with extensive domestic and international travel (sometimes up to four weeks at a time). The nanny must be highly organized and able to independently manage the children’s routines, needs, and logistics while traveling. As the children grow, responsibilities will expand to include homework help, extracurricular coordination, and educational enrichment. This is a long-term role for a nanny who is excited to become a cherished member of the family’s support system and play a formative role in their children’s lives. A deep understanding of child development, combined with a proactive and educational approach, is essential. The nanny must demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a calm demeanor. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage the children’s needs independently while traveling are also required. This role is rotational (24/7 live-in for two weeks on, two weeks off) and requires flexibility for frequent travel, including trips up to four weeks at a time. As the children grow, the nanny will assist with homework and extracurriculars, becoming a key part of the family’s support system. The position offers a competitive salary of $165k+ DOE, paid sick days, and a health insurance stipend.

Qualifications:
5+ years of professional nanny experience
UHNW experience
College degree in education or child development
1 year of ROTA experience in a high-profile home
Fluent in Spanish
Multiples experience with infants and toddlers
