Family Syllabus: An entrepreneurial family with homes in Venice and Ojai is looking for a ROTA rockstar Newborn Care Specialist/Nanny to care for their adorable daughter, who was born in March. The family has two sweet dogs and would like the NCS team to be comfortable with them, as they are a big part of the family. Both parents work from inside the home, and they have a housekeeper who has been with the family for many years and handles all of the deep cleaning.

An educated, experienced nanny who is knowledgeable in child development, can read the room, and knows how to step in and out would be a fantastic addition to this family! If you are a newborn care specialist who is flexible, kind, respectful, curious, and nonjudgmental, you’ll be an excellent fit for this sweet family. The parents would love to find a team of true baby experts who can step in and assist them with their newborn. The family would like an NCS who is bilingual and speaks Spanish, but this is a nice-to-have, not a must-have.
Job Synopsis: Duties related to this position include caring for the baby, sanitizing bottles, and keeping the baby’s nursery clean and tidy. They would love an NCS who can suggest and order baby-related products and prepare baby food when their baby is ready for solids. The schedule for this position will be 24/7, with one or two week rotations with another ROTA nanny/NCS. They offer a competitive annual salary of $125,000-$145,000, DOE. Please be ready to travel, as this family has a second home in Venice, CA, and may be adding a home in Santa Fe, New Mexico. A vehicle will be provided to use while on rotation if need be.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting an NCS who has COVID, MMR, Tdap, and flu vaccines.

Qualifications:
Five years of professional newborn experience
At least one year of ROTA Experience
CPR/first aid certification
Excellent verifiable references
