Family Syllabus: This incredible family of four in Santa Monica is looking for a nanny to grow with them for the next two years spending their days experiencing milestones with their youngest child! The family also has an inquisitive 5-year-old girl along with a 9-month-old baby, who will be the main focus of the nanny. The mom will be working from inside the home, but also travel for work on occasion.
Ideal Candidate: This family’s ideal candidate is flexible, experienced, and ready to jump in where needed! A playful, fun, warm nanny with experience with children under the age of one, and also comfortable dancing, creating art projects with the 5-year-old would be a perfect addition to this family. A huge bonus for this wonderful family would be to find a nanny who can be flexible enough to stay overnight with the children when the parents are away for work occasionally.
Job Synopsis: While your days will be focused on the blossoming 9-month-old, walking to the park, working on gross and fine motor skills, the family would love additional help with sanitizing bottles and preparing healthy meals for the child while she is napping. The 5-year-old will typically be in school and after-care during the nanny’s work hours, but experience with young elementary children would be beneficial should the nanny stay late or overnight with the kids. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5:30 pm. This role is paying between $30-35/hour gross with overtime, paid vacation, holidays, and sick days. A vehicle will be provided for the nanny to use during work hours if needed or the nanny is welcome to use their own reliable vehicle to transport the children. No travel will be required for this position, but overnights would be an incredibly helpful bonus for these loving parents!
Vaccination Requirements: This family requests a nanny who is fully COVID vaccinated and boosted.
Roll Call: This awesome position starts August 22nd, but they do have some wiggle room.
