Family Syllabus: This kind family in Sherman Oaks can’t wait to find a full-time nanny for their darling 3.5-year-old twin boys! One of their boys is energetic and loves people. He loves to sing and dance and his favorite color is pink. The other twin boy is more of an introvert. He loves music and tends to be more reserved. The boys attend school during the day and one of the boys has been diagnosed with mild Autism, so candidates with this experience are high on their priority list! Mom works part-time from inside the home and they also have a housekeeper who comes once a week. The family also has one sweet cat.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is mindful and proactive and has experience with potty training. An Educated Nanny who creates fun ideas and is truly passionate about child development is important for this role. This family’s perfect fit is an excellent driver with a spotless driving record. A professional career nanny who is collaborative and a team player with parents and knowledgeable in child development would be ideal. Safety for these sweet boys is this family’s top priority. A college degree is not required for this position, but they want a true advocate who can teach them new things. Bonus if you have taught preschool before. Please be able to swim and be water safe.
Job Synopsis: The nanny’s focus will be on the children’s needs, keeping their areas clean and tidy, handling their laundry and meals, preparing healthy meals, and running any child-related errands. The schedule for this position is 12-8 pm Monday through Friday or they are open to a Sunday through Thursday schedule. This role is paying $30-40/hour gross with paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. Overnights and travel will not be required. The family plans to provide a vehicle for the nanny while working.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is fully COVID vaccinated and boosted.
