Family Syllabus: An amazing, fun-loving, hard-working family who is relocating from New York to Studio City is looking for a top-notch nanny to join them in caring for their two children, ages 4.5 years old and 10 months. Their bright young daughter attends school during the day while their son is home and busy learning everything the world has to offer. They are seeking a nanny who is outgoing, caring, energetic, easy to get along with, and playful to bring age-appropriate activities and joy to their little ones. At least one of the parents works from home and they like to travel 1-2 weeks when possible.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this family is thoughtful, flexible, patient, and understands a conscious respectful parenting approach. A nanny who is motivated to work alongside the family, that truly enjoys engaging with children, has in-depth knowledge of infant, toddler, and preschool milestones, and loves to coordinate daily activities to keep the children stimulated! Nannies who are extroverted, energetic, and know when to step in and when to step out will be the best match for this family. The family would love someone who likes to cook healthy meals and is willing to do light tidying up around the home and children’s laundry. A college degree is preferred but not required for this position. Please have a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record.
Job Synopsis: The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 9/10 am – 5/6 pm with occasional weeknights and weekends. This role is paying $25-$35/hour gross and is offering paid vacation, paid holidays, and paid sick days. Occasional overnights will be requested so please be open to this. The family would like a nanny that is open to traveling with them but it is not required.
