Valley Village: Part-Time Nanny *Position Filled*

Family Syllabus: A professional and kind single mother in Valley Village is looking for a part-time nanny to support her 12-year-old daughter’s growth and homework help.  Her daughter will be attending school Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-3:15 pm.  She loves to cook, loves rollerskating, volleyball and anime. An individual who is familiar with middle school math, and writing skills, will be ideal to best support her educational needs. Candidates who speak Spanish are encouraged to apply.

Ideal Candidate: They are excited to work with a part-time nanny who can follow and help assist with homework, transport the child from school to home, and be an overall great role model. This position is great for any person who is super creative, reliable, trustworthy, and flexible.  Someone who can provide guidance and strategy to help her daughter understand and organize what she must accomplish each day and night would ideal.

Job Synopsis: The schedule for this role is a guarantee of 30 hours per week Monday-Friday between 3 pm-8:30 pm with the flexibility to stay later on occassion. This position is paying $30-35/hour gross with paid sick time and paid vacation. No overnights or travel will be needed in this role.  Candidates who have a degree in education or teaching, specifically middle school-based, or a teaching credential, are preferred but not required. Please be willing to prepare healthy snacks and meals, and be a health-conscious person. The nanny must have a clean and reliable vehicle.
