Family Syllabus: This loving family in Van Nuys is looking for an afternoon nanny for their four-year-old son! They also have a sweet cat who will not require any care from the nanny. The dad will be traveling for work, while the mom will be working from inside the home. This inquisitive preschooler loves dinosaurs water play, using his imagination and scootering around the neighborhood.
Ideal Candidate: The family’s ideal nanny is warm and engaging and patient with their sweet, shy son. Someone who is nurturing, kind, and thoughtful would fit perfectly in this role. Someone who enjoys playing pretend, engaging at the park or feeding the ducks with their son after school would be amazing. A nanny who is willing to help out with light housekeeping, running errands, and preparing healthy meals and snacks would be a dream.
Job Synopsis: Duties for this position will include picking up the child from preschool, creating fun activities after school to play and enjoy after school, prepping a snack and dinner for him, and cleaning up afterwards. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 3 pm- 8 pm. This position is paying $30-36/hour gross. Overnights will not be required. Please have a reliable vehicle to use to pick up this sweet boy from preschool everyday!
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is fully COVID vaccinated and boosted.
Roll Call: This amazing position starts October 24th until December 16th!
Qualifications:
Five years of professional nanny experience
CPR/first aid certification
Excellent references
