As our Vetting Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero, ensuring everything is thoroughly checked, documented, and held to the highest standards.

Screening & Vetting
- Verify every candidate’s identity, credentials, and professional qualifications.
- Make judgment calls based on our high standards. Assume best intentions and stay curious!
- Screen social media profiles like a detective.
Keeping the Presentation Clean & Tidy
- Organize and maintain thorough candidate profiles that are accurate, easy to read, and beautifully buttoned-up.
- Prepare for each candidate’s interview by efficiently uploading documents and completing data entry.
- Create polished reference sheets that reflect your attention to detail.
Communicating with Care
- Guide candidates through the vetting process with clarity and kindness.
- Work closely with our internal team to help match the right nannies to the right families. It’s like a puzzle, but with people!
- Connect with references, ask thoughtful questions, and capture detailed, high-quality notes like the pro you are.
The Right Vetting Coordinator Is Someone Who:
- Has experience in vetting, recruiting, HR, or childcare admin work.
- Gets a little giddy over organized folders and well-documented processes.
- Believes deeply in doing the right thing, even when no one’s watching.
- Communicates clearly, listens well, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
- Loves working remotely, has a quiet home environment, and is completely dedicated to their job.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Admin, or a related field.
- A naturally positive disposition (because we always see the glass half-full), a good sense of humor (because we laugh a lot), and a drive to make things better (because we care a lot).
- Experience working at a nanny agency and vetting candidates for high-profile clientele.
Schedule + Perks:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, between 9 and 5 pm, with a guaranteed 25 hours per week and the opportunity to grow to full-time for the right person.
- Location: Our office is located in Los Angeles, and the job is fully remote! Must be local to LA or SoCal!
- Hourly Rate: $35/hour
- Perks: Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays.
