Are you a compassionate, high energy, and knowledgeable nanny looking for an amazing full-time position? Do you enjoy spending your day with infants and toddlers? Are you wholesome, active, and structured? If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you!
Family Syllabus: A professional and active family of three located in West Hollywood is seeking a lively, knowledgeable, and caring nanny for their adorable 17-month-old son. The family is delighted to be expecting a new bundle of joy in April 2021. These wonderful parents value organization, schedules, communication, and lead an extremely healthy and active lifestyle. They are hoping to find a nanny that has similar interests and leads a parallel lifestyle. These dual-career parents are currently working from home and dad works out of the home as well and flies multiple times per week. They will have a doula to support them for the first few months of the baby’s life. The family is open to a nanny that vaccinates or doesn’t and they need someone who is open-minded as they don’t vaccinate. Mom is involved and really wants to have a lovely relationship with the nanny.
Ideal Candidate: Their ideal candidate is an expert in all areas of infant and toddler development. They are hoping to work alongside a nanny that is knowledgeable and experienced in Montessori and RIE philosophies, understands the importance of language and vocabulary development, and is an expert at potty training! Knowing baby sign language would be great too. A nanny who enjoys planning age-appropriate activities, cooking and preparing healthy meals, has a loving demeanor, and is flexible would fit right in! Their toddler does have food allergies to dairy, wheat, legumes, and eggs, so please be creative and aware of these dietary restrictions. Candidates that would potentially be open to running errands or helping with personal assisting tasks when their newborn arrives would be great, but not required. The nanny must have a reliable vehicle to potentially transport the toddler.
Job Synopsis: Additional duties include keeping the home tidy and organized, folding laundry for the children and parents, dishes, and unloading the dishwasher. The schedule for this opportunity will be Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm with occasional overnights or travel in the future to Miami and Park City Utah. Please be passport ready for potential international travel. The hourly rate will be $26-$35 an hour gross with paid vacation, paid holidays, and sick days. A college degree is preferred but not required.
COVID Requirements: The family would prefer to hire a nanny who works in the home without a mask and the family will only hire a candidate who is exclusive to their family.
