Family Syllabus: A beautiful growing UHNW family located in West LA is looking for the ultimate team player Nanny to join their loving family. This delightful family currently has four wonderful children under 8yrs. Please have experience with newborns to elementary-age children.
Ideal Candidate: Their ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is highly confident in their childcare abilities and is a great problem solver. Nannies that have experience working with multiple children at one time would be required for this growing family. The family would love a nanny that is educated in Waldorf, and RIE or willing to take classes and/or have in-house training as this approach to learning would be aligned with the family’s current philosophies. Great homework helpers or candidates with a background in tutoring or teaching are encouraged to apply! A nanny that has a go-getter attitude, is highly reliable, and proactive will thrive in this role. A college degree is preferred but not required. The family will only consider candidates who have longevity in their roles (at least 3 years) as they would like a nanny to grow with their family.
Job Synopsis: Additional tasks include preparing children’s meals, general tidying up around the home including the playroom and children’s bedrooms, and possible errands or personal assisting tasks. The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday from 12 pm – 8 pm. The family has a driver for their children so you just need a reliable vehicle to get to and from work. Flexibility will be key as the family would love a nanny that is open to working overnights and traveling with the family. The hourly rate for this position is $30-$40 an hour gross with overtime,10 paid sick days, 10 vacation days, paid holidays, health insurance, and benefits.
